My Favorite Dairy Free Dinners

Hey, Everyone! I hope you’re enjoying your Thursday morning. My desire today is to get a few helpful posts up for some of my other dairy free friends! I want to start by compiling a few of my favorite easy dinners. They aren’t in any specific order. I love them all!

1. Skinny Bruschetta Chicken

This dish is great! It’s super light and easy! Pair it with a beautiful loaf of homemade bread, a salad, and maybe some quinoa pasta, and you’re done!

2.Cowboy Chili

This is one of my “go-to” chili recipes. I love the flavor and how easy it is to change it up if I’m missing a specific ingredient or if I want to add something else. Just leave off the cheese and you have a great dairy free dinner!

3. Guacamole Stuffed Chicken Breast

I mean, does it get any better?! This recipe speaks for itself! (I love guacamole!)

4. Apple Cider Glazed Pork Chops

So, if you’ve been over to our home to eat more than once chances are you’ve had these. This recipe is amazing! Every time we cook these they come out perfectly! And the best part? Richard makes these on the grill so the clean up is so easy! Please try them!

5. Dairy Free Chicken Pot Pie

I’ve made a version of this twice in the last two weeks! It’s just so good and so easy! And the tip that Pepperidge Farm Pastry Sheets are dairy free is so helpful! Now you have an easy way to make a ton of pies!

6. Slow Cooker Bacon Wrapped Pork Loin

I have not made this yet, but I am dying to! Doesn’t it look amazing?!

7. Lemon Chicken Piccata

This is fantastic! Just be sure to use Earth Balance instead of regular butter!

I hope this was helpful!

What are some of your favorite dinners? Leave your response in the comments, and please feel free to leave a link too!

Enjoy your Thursday!
